Hi, I have not been able to see the watermark on this stamp and I need to know if it is the 1901 or the 1905 stamp. Can anyone help me to achieve this? Or this stamp Or does this seal have a watermark?

The stamp should have a watermark.
The 1901-1905 printings had a V over Crown watermark. The watermark is most likely sideways but could be upright.
The 1905-1912 printings have a Crown over A watermark. The watermark is sideways but a small quantity were printed upright.
Later in 1912, emergency printings were done with a different V over Crown watermark. Watermarks can be upright or inverted but not sideways.
All can be found punctured OS.

Interesting, "VICTCRIA" is suggested at position stamp #139

I thought these were only printed in sheets of 100

Any suggestions of the Pmk welcomed, only FAIR I have for Victoria, is MEADOW FAIR unless PORT FAIRY?

Yes, that snippet referring to No. 139 is from 'The Stamps of Victoria' by Geoff Kellow.

The exhibit annotation to the left of the snippet shows position 6/19 but No. 139 would be 7/19.
