I found this Greenville Michigan label while sorting through some USA stamps.

Can anyone provide more information on the label?

Thanks in advance.

Just googled a bit: in 1844 the first white man came to what is now known as Greenville Michigan(previously there were only Native Americans).

So probably an advertising label/cinderella to commemorate the centenary festivities held from the 3th to the 8th of August 1944.
