On modern die-cut stamp errors, I see an inconsistency in the Scott catalog and auction listings in the naming of the error when the die cuts are missing. Some listings call them "imperforates" as you would see with earlier normally-perforated stamps, and others are listed as "die-cutting omitted." Do these terms have exactly the same meaning? Why is one term used sometimes and the other term used other times?
