It is possible, but you would have to 'cut and paste' the image link in between the quote tags. For example

Quote:


So you would first copy the image link, then add the quote tags, then add the image tags with the image link in the middle like this

Certainly.

Go to the post that has the image,
see the far right Icon (blue arrow)
"get a link to this reply"

Using the URL icon, paste the link,
and type "Regarding the image in this post........."
