They are called First Day Covers or FDC's. Their value depends greatly on the particular cover but you won't get rich Yours do not appear to be true FDC's
America The Beautiful. A collection of covers, "commemorative covers" with possibly silkscreened images, celebrating the country and different states. Usually put out by one of the collector guilds or groups to sell to noncollectors. Nice coffee table collectable conversation piece.
I have the album with covers removed, bought in a remaindered collection.
