Here are two stamps of which I don't know the countries name nor the year they were issued. Is there anyone who could help me on this?

Crikey, make it hard.
Those scans are not the best.

Guess.
1. Bangladesh (Revenue Stamp)
http://goscf.com/t/55754 br /

2. Great Britain.

Try re loading, scans closer up.

If the lower stamp is 15c (not 15d)
Then it could be CEYLON Sc#137 1885 Queen Victoria Type A24
(Appears also 15c in Olive)

Thanks Joy
I drag out John Barefoot again.........
(I was lazy and not looking up Bangladesh numeral scripts)

A: 200T listed as Magenta (CV c$4)
So, B again possibly the reprint colour. (confirmed by measurement, of design only)
