I received the following item today as a holiday gift.

https://store.usps.com/store/produc...mps-S_479124

The frame has a mounted block of two Forever stamps. Both are correct side up in the image on the USPS website. In the frame I received, the second stamp in the block (the one of the photo of the moon) is mounted upside down. How often does this happen on these type of items sold by the USPS and do I have any kind of rare, future collectible piece?

Sounds interesting, but it's hard to tell for a one-off in a potential freak valuation. It's a desirable item of questionable valuation. A 3413b sold at Siegel for $1600!

On the other hand, Souvenir Page errors like omitted FDC cancels aren't worth all that much, maybe a few dollars since the market has largely rejected these.

Also your framed piece isn't a Scott listed item. It's a purposeful collector decoration. Not sure it would get a commendation as a listed error or be expertizung worthy.
