I found this one from a recently purchased stock book. Does anyone have any more information regarding this one? Where and how was it used? Any value? Obviously a some sort of communist party stamp?
It is Russia Scott #211 from 1922. The subject is marking the 5th anniversary of the October Revolution. It was sold in the currency of 1922 which was valued at 10,000 times that of the proceeding years.
