Facit catalog makes no mention of a color variety. And, blue is more resistant to sun/ultraviolet light bleaching than yellow. So, if the stamp is indeed MNH rather than regummed, then logic seems to dictate that the removal of the blue color was accomplished by exposure to a gas.

Thanks Bob: I am going with somehow bleached. Given the low collectible and postage value I don't know why it would be re-gummed. It was in a Hawid mount in a Big Blue though.
