Would someone who owns these stamps be able to measure them for me and tell me the size of the strip of 5 in millimeters?

I measure a vertical strip of 5 at 42.5mm x 169.5mm

The US Postal bulletin says each stamp is 40x25. But looking at the picture that didn't seem right.
