Hello, I am a new member and am amazed at the amount of stuff to read in the archives here. I have 2 topics that I intend to initiate right after I've figured out how to get a picture of a stamp onto my profile. I'm an old guy so I might have to get one of my sons to help. However, I have been collecting for more than 50 years so maybe that's worth something. I now collect worldwide stamps (excluding US) pre-1940 mostly.

Howdy Burlap2, welcome to the forum. One of if not the best worldwide stamp discussion community there is.

Burlap2,

Collecting for the enjoyment of collecting, whatever that might be, is the name of the game. Don't hesitate to ask questions especially if you need basic information and especially more advanced sources of information for any possible topic. You should be able to find folks on this board a little further along on their collecting journey glad to share experiences. Russ

Welcome Burlap. Have any countries you specialize in, or do you collect anything and everything?

When you say profile, are you referring to the different avatars (images under usernames) some of us use? That is done in the support forum, takes some time. There is a link to upload images right below the text box you typed in for topic images.
