At first, it looked like 100.08. When magnified one can see that the zero is not closed. Is this a common variant? Does it have its own catalog number?
I past over a few, and I find some's. The paper is very poor quality and personally I consider ink flow. It is not an 100.08, it is an 100.00. I do not have Chinese specialized catalog to say if it is an error or variety. Further looks will help.
