It is specialised U14f, Head type B (cylinder 15 had this head type), with PVA gum (Gum Arabic with head type B only came from multi-value coils). The normal stamp (SG733. Specialised U14) has minimal value. In 2001, this was 0.10. The variety that occurs on the central stamp of your block; the stamp with the variety (U14f) was catalogued at 3.50.

The Ghandi tooth flaw is listed as W170c. From this picture, it is difficult to see whether it is the original state ( 3) or the retouched state (not listed).
The "pale patch on on boy's left shoulder" and "break in the of final s of Christmas" in the 1/6 and 9d of the 1968 Christmas stamps are minor flaws mentioned in the catalogue and not given a full listing. The same holds for the "small retouch below Prince's left eye" on the 1/- 1969 investiture stamp.

The original collector did a great job getting al these constant flaws. They may not be very expensive flaws, but they make a great collection.

"So would I put the entire page as it is on eBay or sell individually?"

In the case of the page ou show with the question you would sell the whole page as it is a complete set. When you have something like the Mauritius page with parts of sets, it would depend on whether any of them are worth enough to list by themself or if it takes te whole page (or even multiple pages) to add up to enough o make a reasonable sized lot.
