United States Sc#447 Coils Opinions Please.

I have interpreted these as Sc#447 Perforate 10 vertically and assuming fakes.
please offer your opinion, and if fake what do I look for?
No discernible Wmk shows

Width of design, best I can see, and estimate is 19.5mm for both.

.....and can see maybe Sc#496 issues.

They look like rotary printed coils and not flat plate. If I am correct and they are watermarked they would be Scott 458. If not watermarked Scott 496

I have little experience with US watermarks, but fairly sure these are unwmkd.
