These stamps are on envelopes saved from state gov. files in hbg., pa.,that were being cleaned out. & trashed! I had them in my old international 1936 junior edition stamp book for 48 years and they were in the state capital archived files for about 104 years. no one has ever seen them except me. I could upload the whole envelopes if you would like to see them. please help to identify, stef.
