I noticed that the 2019 Lunar New Year (#5340) stamps are still available for purchase from the USPS website but not the 2020 Lunar New Year (#5428) stamps. Does this mean that the 2020 series is permanently sold out and that the 2019 was not a good seller, since it's still available for purchase?
I think the #5340 is esthetically stunning, and I prefer it to this year's issue (2021 Year of the Ox), from an artistic standpoint. However, the financial side of me wonders if these newly designed Lunar New Year stamps beginning with 2020 are going to sell out quickly and become more valuable over time. What do you all think?
