is this miss perforation India stamp value any thing

lower right 4 or 5 teeth missed

A few attached perf hole remnants are nothing special. But please do show us a larger image, front and back. This may just have some thin paper stuck on the back.

Misplaced perforations are very common feature in all East India de la Rue issues because of the very narrow spacings, both vertical and horizontal, between stamps.
So it does not add anything to the value.

East India issues were all issued in sheets of 320 in 4 panes of 80 (8×10) stamps and here is a pane of 80 of Br. India 1865 1A SG 60 which shows horizontally misplaced perforations in every row.

Very hard to tell still, but I think I see the outline of perfs on the frontal picture. Could it be that there is some piece of paper stuck on the stamp?
