I've been looking through my stamps when under close inspection I noticed an oddity. Its a 1882 Spanish Telegraph Type II 10c rose color with an inverted print 1882 Type 12 15c reddish orange

Is this collectable like this, or is it a paper waste please explain, how much would something like this be
thank you all

Probably Printer's Waste.

There was a post once "North Borneo Printer's waste"
but SCF search is not getting results anymore.

I agree with Rod that this is printer's waste.

You quite often see Spanish examples like this from this period.

If you google for images with "Spain printer's waste" you should see many examples of stamps like this.

If you were running a test print to check the setup of your printer why not use an old test print that was lying around rather than wasting a new sheet of paper?

In my view it's collectable but not valuable. You can see similar examples on eBay.

Here's a quick example from the Apfelbaum site, one image from four of a large lot of 85 Spanish printer's waste items:

Hi obieblue,

Here's a link to another nice example posted here:

I was sure I'd seen one like this before but it took me a while to find it!

I see stallzer gave this great link to a website with useful information on these things:
