I have a "New Haven CT 3 Paid stampless cover". Could someone here please identify the hand stamped cover with a catalog number?

A very nice cover! Having a Feb 14 date, does it have the valentine enclosed?

The standard reference for stampless covers is the "American Stampless Cover Catalog", current electronic version online at:

https://www.uspcs.org/resource-cent.../your-input/

The link to the CT listings will have your postmark 14 lines up from the bottom of page 5, with a value of $5. As you can see there, the listings don't have a "catalog number" to associate with each postmark.
