Not Canadian. It is Great Britain. Looks like snow on branches. Winter scene. Value was 68p.
It does not belong in Canadian stamps covers forum. You should move it to the correct one.

Took a while to understand that stamp.
I guess it is a man made, fishing hole in the ice, seen from above,
photoshopped under snow covered tree branches.

The Ice Hole (68p stamp - 40gr world airmail) was created in Capenhich, Dumfriesshire Scotland, by filling the arch of a branch with snow and making a hole which changed with the light.
Up there with the Netherlands, with Avante-garde design.
