Not sure if there occupational stamps or commemorative? Have nothing in my books couldn't find anything online Any help would be appreciated

I'm a Korea collector (modern), but I do believe this is Japan rather than Korea based on the flower (chrysanthemum) motif. Not found in a quick look at SG Japan & Korea. Sorry I can't be more helpful, but I'm sure a specialist will be along soon! |

These are Japanese general revenues of the Taisho series of 1924 (if the watermark has zigzag lines) or 1937 (if the watermark has lines with semi-circular sections).
The characters that look like "EP" are on quite a few Japanese revenues. |

The second one looks like the other watermark, with straight line and curved segments.
At the top left of your photo you have a short vertical line in between two curved sections, curved out to the right above it and out to the left below. |

Top stamp: zig-zag
Lower stamp: non zig-zag

Caveat: Novice collector in this discipline. Best I can suggest Catalogue Shimomura 2003 pages 32-35 (I cannot even read the Revenue values) 8 of the 16, I believe. Values in Rin and Sen and Yen.  |
