Help Identify 1877 French 1c Stamp

I got this 1877 type II stamp, its printed on blue paper.....but is it printed on Prussian Blue paper? Please let me know what you think

I know the stamp looks like a 4 cent denomination, but the cross line on the 1 is from a cancelation strike from a post office, the stamp is truly a 1 Cent stamp if you compare the depth of the four cent stamp you will see what I mean

I love the color variations in France stamps of this era. I knew I had a few around but it took a while to find them.

No - yours is nowhere near the Prussian blue, if you look at the France Timbres image and the image from the Hermione sale in the thread that Rod linked to, you'll see the distinctive colour.
