This June 2, 2003 "1st" (domestic letter rate) stamp of the U.K. is from the se-tenant set of 10 different designs commemorating the 50th anniversary of the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. This stamp (SG #2370) shows three individuals in the spotlight: the Bishop of Durham, Michael Ramsey, is on the left, Queen Elizabeth II is in the middle, and the Bishop of Bath and Wells, Harold W. Bradfield, is on the right. QEII is seated in the Coronation Chair (ca. 1300). I am ignoring the figures in the background in this instance. My apologies.

From wikipedia, "The Bishop (of Bath and Wells) is one of two (the other is the Bishop of Durham) who escort the sovereign at the coronation."

On June 11, 2015 Germany issued this 2.15 euros stamp (Mi #3158) to commemorate the 175th anniversary of the first kindergarten in Germany. Kindergarten was the idea of Friedrich Froebel (1782-1852) whose mother died when he was nine months of age.

From scholastic.com, "In 1837 Friedrich Froebel founded his own school and called it 'kindergarten', or children's garden. Prior to Froebel's kindergarten children under the age of seven did not attend school. It was believed that young children did not have the ability to focus or to develop cognitive and emotional skills before this age."
