I was just browsing some of my FDCs and noticed this 20c Roanoke Voyages stamps #2093 is really blurry.

Misprint? Anyone familiar with this. Common? Rare?

It is a fairly common variety, where one or more plates are not aligned properly on the printing press
It maybe far enough out to be less common - check on Ebay for EFO's
