Hi all. I have this first day cover with a 1951 "50th Anniversary of Jewish National Fund" stamp on a cover envelope that reads "5th Hapoel's Festival 1952" Does anyone know why this is?
It is NOT a first day cover. It appears to be a limited edition (numbered) cover celebrating the 5th Hapoel's Festival held in April 1952. The cancellation on the stamp may celebrate the opening day of the event. The actual postage stamp could have been any current Israeli stamp. There are several of these on eBay:
