Don,you are wright,may be a language problem,and as I said,i bought those stamps for a price and thought that was others,that is why I ask,sorry to have ignored the feedback,but as I explain I could not trough my money away,now what is bothering Rogdcam is if I sold it or not,well he will live in suspense for a while

naufrago has asked me how I knew what his certificate read. The answer is go to:

https://stamps.org/certificate-archive and type in the certificate number. That will give you the wording on the certificate. The APEX certificates are available to all members of APS for sure and I believe they are available to everyone.
