i found this stamp in eBay I want to know what is the difference between it and 1929 issue

pbmorris is correct. This is far from an isolated case of someone fishing for more money than something is worth. eBay allows anyone try to sell anything for any amount of money they care to ask for. You can look at the seller's other offerings and I'm sure you will find extreme overpricing, at least for stamps.

I sell items on eBay pretty consistently - stamps, woodturning-related and Scout-related - and it's my perception that it's not hard to find items for sale at absurd prices ... caveat emptor!
