So I'm pretty new to the stamp area still but it is something I really enjoy. Just very tedious valuing them correctly. I have some precancels and I was wondering if anyone knows the value for the cities I have, any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Welcome.

It really depends on the type of precancel and at time what stamp it is on. Cities can have several or many individual precancel types. San Francisco as an example has one type that matters if it reads upward or downward on some stamps.

We need more information and then we may be able to help.

One picture can have more than one precancel stamp in it to save you time.

Kayleigh22,

Yes, value is an important factor but our hobby offers so much more.

Collecting for the enjoyment of collecting, whatever that might be, is the name of the game. Don't hesitate to ask questions especially if you need basic information and especially more advanced sources of information for any possible topic. You should be able to find folks on this board a little further along on their collecting journey glad to share experiences. Russ
