This is a KKL/JNF stamp issued in Poland in 1916 probably given out for a charity donation. The picture is Rabbi Isaac Elchanan. There were 6 stamps in the series which all had similar pictures of other Rabbis. There was a booklet pane of 6 stamps in se tenant panes [2x3]The portraits are are of 6 Rabbis who were influential in the Zionist cause. The stamps are perf 11 1/2 and size 22x30 They are described in Kaplove Stamp Catalogue of Jewish National Fund stamps published in 1973 and long out of print
