I was going through a kiddie album and I came across these 3 (pretty bad looking) stamps in the Belgium section.
I noticed that a very rough "T.B.R" was stamped on each one in about the same place, at the same angle.
At first I'd say they all came off the same envelope/package, and was stamped as part of the cancel, but yet the other cancels on them (CDS, wavy line) look different, like each stamp must be from a different envelope.
I'm curious what the cancel/overprint is for, if anyone has any ideas about it. It caught my eye, and just looked "interesting".
