I have got some of these, they look like more pictures than anything else, they don't seem to be stamps if they are not stamps, what are they, and why are they within the stamp collection I have purchased years ago? if they are stamps what is the history behind of them? thanks

Looks to be some sort of gimmick (for want of a better word) from H.E. Harris & Co, the stamp album/pages publisher. Probably to capitalize on the celebration of everything Bicentennial in 1976. Can't imagine it's worth much, but would be happy to be wrong.
They are stickers or labels. There were thousands of "collectibles" created for the bicentennial. Maybe somebody else has more details for these particular items.
HE Harris and other stamp companies would add stickers (flags, flowers, coat of arms, birds, etc.) to there starter albums. The stickers would go on a page at the start of a country or state (US albums). They actually sold the sets of stickers so you could get all the different ones.
The image on the Liberty Bell sticker was used on the HE Harris cover of the Independence Stamp Album. This was the US starter album that probably changed to this name in the early 70s. Those sticker probably came with that album and maybe others.
