Preekule straight line cancel. The town is actually Priekule in modern spelling. Used in the early days of Latvia's independence before the round CDS came into being. From Harry Von Hofmann's book on Latvian cancels.

Rod-Hope these help a little. They're taken from "The Postal and Monetary History of Latvia" by N. Jakimovs and V. Marcilger published in 1991.
