Hello, I have inherited many stamps from my grandmother. Most I am able to find out information, but these I have not been able to locate a Scott #/information for. (I am a complete beginner, so if I have missed some basic steps, I would not be surprised.) Thanks for you help!

Something to know is that the Scott catalogue does not list stamps in a chronological order and also splits them in semi-postal, airmals, postage dues, etc. These stamps are semi-postal stamps because they have a certain face value to which another value is added to benefit different events or disasters. Scott gives them the B prefix for semi-postal and they are listed after the regular issues of the specific country you are looking for.
