40 cent Republique Francaise stamp missing color? I found no other varites for that stamp besides one's earlier but there was not the 40 cent stamp earlier.
Hi Jessbrax, and welcome to the forum. It looks almost as if the stamp has been altered, either chemically or in the sunlight. Even the color of the cancel is not as dark as it could be
