I Have A Paraguay Scott C83 With A Different Color. ¿counterfeit?

It is a grey-green. Printing appears identical. No mention of it in Scott or Sanabria (other than a warning about counterfeits).

Sorry, but the color should be pale violet or violet, depending on the reference. So these are forgeries. Genuine are also perf 11-3/4. Genuine also don't have the ragged and misaligned perfs on both of these.
