The images you are looking at are listed by scott # in the order as seen with the following info:

#26 Freak on cover major perforation shift.
#1395 Booklet pane, printers waste, fold over with a perforation shift.
#184 Perforation shift
#64b Perforation shift
#147 Perforation shift
