Hello! Could anybody measure thickness of black foil of SAFE Collecto pages (USA)? I tried to contact Deutchland, Great Britain and USA SAFE representatives. First did not reply at all, second don't have such pages, and USA can't tell few days in a row... they trying, but with no success :). So, I really ask owners of these pages, please measure it for me.

The SAFE website in English says "The printed page is made of a heavy cream cardboard (60# cover weight) background page, acid free (ph-neutral)" but I don't know if those are "Collecto" pages, and I don't know what those are. There are web pages that can translate "60# cover weight " (aka "cover stock") into actual thickness. Search something like "paper thickness" or "thickness of cover stock".

If these are not the correct album pages you're interested in, you can still do this with whatever weight of paper Collecto pages turn out to be.

Good luck.

I do not have any of there pages so I cannot give measurements. They use a four ring binder.
Here is their homepage I found regarding the safe collecto pages and albums, with contact information, and phone #. Also below that is a link to their material used page which is found on main page at bottom. Unfortunately it does not list the thickness of any of the material used.

There are basically two types of stock-page. One type has the strips or a sheet of material stuck to card - eg Hagner - the other an integrated, welded design, such as these or the various-sized Lighthouse pages. It would seem reasonable to assume that Safe's are similar in weight and thickness to Lighthouse's.

Thanks everyone for replying. Yes, I am talking about so-called stock-pages, i.e. this: https://www.safepub.com/product/col...page-per-10/
Finally, I got a reply from SAFE USA it's 0.4 mm total thickness. Unfortunately, they were unable to answer on my exact question: what's thickness of black foil and what's thickness of transparent foil (so I can't compare with those supplies I have already). So, it seems, the only way to understand what is it is to touch them, but these pages are not on sale in my country, so I can not just go to shop and try, I must order pack of these sheets, then pay for shipping, then pay for forwarding, wait a month, etc.

@DrewM: SAFE ships different products to different countries. You will not find Collecto in Germany or in UK. I researched it while choosing the proper collecting system for myself. They act business differently than Lighthouse and Lindner, where products are the same worldwide. https://www.safepub.com is a USA distributor website and you can find this system there.
