Romania Revenue Fiscal Issue Is Then In A Catalog?

haven't found anything on this item it is printed on the paper and is not a stamp, but was used for some fiscal purpose. is there any catalog on the item. I haven't seen anything similar.

Made my job a trice easier.

I love this forum. I'm always learning new things about stamps I cared nothing about, than I want to start a collection. I've always loved the Romanian stamps, mostly there engraved stamps. Yet they manage to put out amazing stamps even without them. I've never even looked at there BOB stamps. So, I'm not really surprised. This revenue issue is intriguing in design and implementation.

Trying to stay focused in this forum for me is almost impossible. Actually I love the learning. I'm forever sending others links that I have collected from here. Thanks @vayolene for the link, I'll be up reading all night now.
