I've looked all over for these but haven't found them yet. I'm guessing there from 1970s or 80s not sure though appreciate any info..

The first is obviously Switzerland; it's a tęte-bęche gutter pair of Mi 880 (Sc 442), from 1968 (stamp) or 1973 (pair).

Can you post a less-blurry picture of the second one? Obv. The overprint is Cyrillic, but reading anything on the original stamp is difficult.

Top one is Switzerland Zumstein S70. No idea about the Scott number

Much better. Bulgaria; the original stamp is from 1911, Mi 95 (Sc 91). This specimen is the 1913 overprint issue, Mi 95c (Sc 107).
