Good question. If it is BC128, the peelable strip between the blocks of 4 & 6 has been removed. But I think I detect a fold line in that area which would probably make this the vending machine booklet, BK237. Maybe someone more knowledgeable about booklets will chime in.
Added: The glue strip at the top of the pane should make this BK237. Somehow I missed the scan of the folded booklet.

looks like bk237 - should have left it sealed.
