Transkei 1980 Rock Formations
This stamp set features rock formations in the Wild Coast region, Eastern Cape Province.
Hole in the Wall is a tidal island with a natural arch of sandstone and shale.
Port St. Johns lies at the mouth of the Mzimvubu River, a river flowing through a gorge known as the Gates of St John.
The Citadel and The Archway are sandstones carved by ocean waves.

Here is the 22p value (SG #1158) from Great Britain's June 24, 1981 "50th Anniversary of the National Trust for Scotland - British Landscapes" set of five stamps. Stamp depicts The Giant's Causeway.

From wikipedia, "The Giant's Causeway is an area of about 40,000 interlocking basalt columns, the result of ancient volcanic fissure eruption. It is located in County Antrim on the north coast of Northern Ireland, about three miles (5 km) northeast of the town of Bushmills."

This April 26, 2010 50c value of German private courier Regio Post of Pfalz depicts a rock formation in the Dahn Rockland (Ger: Dahner Felsenland) area in southwestern Pfalz. The similar, but more famous "Devil's Table" rock formation from this area can be seen on a 1947 stamp on page 7 of this thread.

Saint Helena 2017 Post Box Walks
Lot is a phonolite volcano neck in southern part of the island.
Longwood Barn is a basalt ridge on the northern coast of the island.

Olumo Rock is located in the city of Abeokuta in southwest Nigeria. It comprises Precambrian granite formation which has been eroded into smooth-edged rocks with a variety of shapes and sizes.

Tanzania 1991 Historical Craters and Caves
Mount Kilimanjaro is a dormant volcano in Tanzania. Its inner crater is about 1,300m in diameter. The volcano is composed mainly of andesite and phonolite.
Olduvai Gorge in Tanzania is one of the most important paleoanthropological sites in the world. It comprises lacustrine clay, sandstone, and conglomerate layers overlying a Pleistocene welded tuff formation.

Malawi 1998 Tourism
Mwala wa Mphini (Rock with natural tattoos) is located near Cape Maclear in the Lake Malawi National Park. It is a large Precambrian granite outcrop with dense pattern of natural fractures and joints.

Mozambique 1948 Landscapes
Mount Gorongosa is an inselberg in central Mozambique. Its highest peak, Gogogo, reaches an elevation of 1,863 meters. The mountain is composed of granites of Late Jurassic age, flanked by gabbro on the western and southern slopes.

Kenya 2013 50th Anniversary of Independence
Mount Longonot is a stratovolcano located in the Great Rift Valley of Kenya. Its crater is formed by vast eruptions of trachytic lava some 21,000 years ago. A forest of small trees covers the crater floor, and small steam vents are found around the walls of the crater.
Mount Kenya is a stratovolcano in central Kenya that was active during Plio-Pleistocene. It is composed of basalts, phonolites and trachytes. Its central peaks are volcanic plugs that have resisted glacial erosion.

Ethiopia 2014 Rift Valley
Dallol is located around a cinder cone volcano in the Afar Depression, at an elevation of 48m below sea level. Basaltic magma intruded into Miocene salt formation in this area, and discharge of anoxic gases and hyper-acidic hydrothermal fluids creates colorful brine pools, native sulfur deposits, and salt terraces and pillars.

Mali 2003 Cliffs of Bandiagara
Cliffs of Bandiagara is located in the Dogon country of Mali. The Precambrian sandstone plateau rises about 500 m above the lower sandy flats to form the cliffs. It has a length of ca. 150 km.

Morocco 2015 Lakes of Morocco
Lake Ifni is located in the core of the High Atlas at an elevation of 2295m. It is at the bottom of a valley flanked by the steep slopes of the Proterozoic granite rocks.
Lake Aguelmam Sidi Ali is located in the Middle Atlas at an altitude of 2080 m. It occupies a natural depression of the Quaternary basalt bedrock surrounded by Mesozoic limestone formations.

Egypt 2004 Discover the Treasure of Egypt
Mount Sinai is located on the Sinai Peninsula of Egypt. It displays a large ring complex that consists of Precambrian alkaline granite.
White Western Desert is located in Farafra depression in central Egypt. It features piles and rows of eroded white chalk spires scattered across the orange sandy desert floor.

Comoros 2011 Landscapes
Karthala is a large basaltic shield volcano and the highest point of the Comoros at 2,361m above sea level. Its summit caldera is shaped by frequent eruptions since the 19th century. There is currently a lake in the crater.
