Both are "Barry" machine cancels, used in medium to large-sized US cities in the 1890s and up to 1909, thus most are fairly common. They come in a wide variety of dial and killer styles, including slogans. The best reference is the 3-volume work by Reg Morris and Robert Payne, "The Barry Story" published in 1988-89.
