What Is This Ux41 With Multiple Surcharges (Both On Front And Back)?

This one has me stumped. It appears to be the UX41 (dark green surcharge), but it has two dark surcharges to the left of Jefferson, one light green surcharge to the left of Jefferson, at least one inverted surcharge at lower left. On the back side it has two surcharges at the top and one inverted surcharge at the bottom.

Is this a test card?

Is it a fake?

The only reason I can think of for multiple and over lapping marks on all four orientations like this would be a test piece.

Postal Cards with multiple surcharges are known on this issue and are more of a curiosity item then legitimate errors. The surcharges were locally applied with many opportunities for "varieties". I once bought a large lot out the William Floyd sale (late 1990's or early 2000's) which had a number of cards with this surcharge.

Thank you for your inputs. So, the surcharges are more of a fantasy or test of the surcharges by local postal administration application.

I saw a large lot a few months ago which must have had about 20 different varieties of this nature.

I recently picked this and some other listed surcharge varieties up, and am trying to estimate valuation (understanding that the Scott catalog provides estimated dealer sales values, and regarding venues like eBay, mileage may vary, typically much less). I also understand that the ultimate value is where a seller/buyer meet. For an oddity like this, are there comparables that can be used as a reference?

As a kicker, if I DO sell it, I will be contributing to this forum as a "thank you" for inputs (no, I don't have terribly high expectations...).

I listed this postal card on HipStamp (aka BidStart) as an auction, under ID 40394195 (Title: US Postal Card, Scott UX39 Var., Unused, 7+ Surcharges (front/back/inverted).
