Hi!

I have a few dozen new stamps in display folders from USSR which I bought on travels there years ago.

I would appreciate information on value and how to sell them.

Are they cancelled? More info would help. Pics perhaps. Truthfully though Russian stamps from those decades do not have any value in the traditional sense. It would likely cost more for shipping on eBay than what someone would pay. Again, pictures might tell a different story.
