I like how the topic of Rattlesnake Island keeps coming back up through the years on SCF.

More so as it fits into my Postal Card collection.
It fits into a very narrow rate period reduction (3½ months) from the 8¢ rate (Mar.2,1974), reduced to 7¢ (Sep.14, 1975, then up to 9¢ (Dec.31, 1975)
