going thru my stamp collection , wich I had put away almost 30 years ago, I found this Scott 613 - A177 2C black , and think it's the rare PERF 11 , wich acording to StampWorld is over $46k. Is this true. Sorry for the URGENT, but I'm going crazy thinking about it. Thanks in advance

It's not the perf that matters, per se; what matters is how it was printed. This has come up before: http://goscf.com/t/51450

Welcome.
The #613 is one of the most commonly misidentified US stamps. We have countless threads in the forum with folks who thought they had one, so far no one ever has. You can read more about the 613 here https://stampsmarter.org/1847usa/ByYear/1923.html

Yes, there are 11 perfs at the bottom only because there is a corner perf missing at bottom right. There are 12 perfs on the top of the stamp.

As one would expect, your stamp is Scott 610 (the common flat plate version) as opposed to Scott 613 (the rare rotary press variety).
