I have two stamps here with cancels that I cannot completely identify. The first is a boxed cancel with a portion of a word, most likely French, ...OCOMANDATO...

The second is a circular cancel which, at the top, has the French word "Colis" which leads me to think it has something to do with parcels. Under this is the English compound word "Drawback" Above these a few characters are visible, possibly a place name.

Any information would be appreciated.

"Raccomandato" is "Registered" in italian

On top of the second cancel : Caire Douane

What an interesting article! And here I thought that I had a fairly good grasp on world history but I had no clue that there was a period of Egyptian history where they used Italian as a second language on Cancellations. That prompted me to do some research and reading on that score. This is the best part of Philately. It leads you in all sorts of random direction.
