I inherited a dozen of these stamps from my mom.
I'm curious how they were used by the hunter (certificate number/tag number), how the province used the revenue, and whether they are considered collectible.

These are included in the Canadian Revenue Stamp Catalogue, but no prices are assigned to them. The good news is, virtually no mint stamps exist according to the catalogue. The highest face value is $200, and you have a $100 here. Please post pics of them all! Hang onto them until prices are established. I just don't know how much longer Erling van Dam can keep making his catalogue.

I believe "The Canadian Revenue Stamp Catalouge" sets a stamp number as shown below if I am reading it correctly.
No value associated with these stamps.

These really are interesting. The 2017 van Dam catalogue I have dedicates over 20 pages to this and similar items going back to 1964. They all have catalogue numbers and are well documented. They don't have values because (my guess) there isn't a vibrant trade in these. You can e-mail Erling van Dam if you go on his canadarevenuestamps.com website. I have sent him messages just to get his opinion.
