Hello to all,

I don't know what happened with this stamp. It doesn't look like it was ever damaged, as far as something being spilled on it and etc. But should I just disregard it and trash it. I just wanted to ask and make sure before I did throw it away. I am not familiar with collecting, bit I have been trying to do as much research on my own before I ask a lot of questions...
Thank you in advance,
Steph

Stephanie, please do not throw this away. It is a nice stamp pair, even though I can not tell from where. But someone here will let us know what it is!

It looks like a pair of Egyptian stamps.

Has me stumped, just too way out of focus to determine.
I would tend towards Germania's suggestion.
I could see no similar in my Egyptian Revenues.
Pmk could be an Egyptian "Bridge" type.

Perforation is SAWTOOTH ROULETTE

A clearer image would solve

Please do not throw it away.

I am so sorry... I did not realize it was going to post like this. There was also supposed to be a pic of the back , also, showing the watermark. I will try and fix this.

Wow!

That makes it German?
German Inflationary period, had saw tooth roulettes. c1923
but the central punctures do not fit

Curioser and curioser !

"Out of focus" makes it impossible to see anything one could use to make an identification.

Agree,
unfortunately, it happens often here.
New members often do not have the correct equipment, to offer good images.
Which is somewhat confusing, as modern Iphones have very good cameras.

Our image here is dated at June 2018

Hello, ok, so I took a few more pics, and played around with different photo edit tools. In one of these pics I highlighted over the face with a green and it shows up a lil better on the bottom. I actually think this is a .10c Deutches Reich. I do totally agree and need a better camera. I will continue to get a sharper more focus image. Maybe you all can see what I see.

Yikes. Did some Photoshop editing and was finally able to see the image. This looks like some serious chemical degradation.

Indeed,
I DETEST the throwing away of stamps, but in this instance
these would be in the waste paper, to go into garden.

Thanks for putting us out of our misery.
Noted: NOT saw tooth roulette.

Thank you all that took the time to follow up with the info you provided. I'm still curious what happened to cause it to be distorted, especially since no issues with my other stamps that it was with.
I guess it will remain a mystery #129488;

Thanks
