In a notice put out on September 10th the Q3 Quarterly Collector pak (July to September) has been cancelled. In the notice they state: The two single stamps that went on sale in July and September (Stan Rogers and
Canada Post Community Foundation) will be issued in the 4th quarter which will be called Q3/4 Collector pak (July-December). It goes on sale on November 25.
